Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to sales to private consumers. Different terms apply to sales to companies, which are available upon inquiry to Lexton Links ApS.

Amount Reservation

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:

  1. We debit the amount when we send the item, or
  2. The funds are released according to an agreement with your card issuer.

The amount is only debited from your card when the item is dispatched. You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer. We do not charge card fees. With bank transfer, you are not protected by the objection scheme.

 

Shipping

We deliver orders to all countries in EU, mainly via GLS.

Shipping charges depends on the final destination of the delivery, country and address.

The delivery time is 1-3 business days.

The shipping prices for orders with delivery abroad (countries outside Denmark) are shown in the shopping cart when ordering and at check-out.

 

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered multiple different items in one order, but they are delivered separately, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to info@lextonlinks.com or use the standard withdrawal form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without also informing us.

 

Cancellation of part of the purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that you will not receive a refund of shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.

 

Return of products

Once you have informed us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. You must pay for the return shipping, and you are responsible if there is damage during transport.

 

The condition of the item

When you return it If the item has lost value due to you using it in a way other than what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases, it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back. We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a depreciation of the item.

 

Refund of the purchase amount

If you cancel your purchase, you will receive a refund. If the item has lost value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for. We refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day we receive your return. We will refund the money using the same payment method that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. We may withhold the payment until we have received the item, unless you provide documentation that you have returned it.

Complaints

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Sale of Goods Act apply. This means that you have a 24-month right of complaint. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, receive a refund, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months after the error has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Remember to also get a receipt for the shipment so we can reimburse your shipping costs.

Lexton Links ApS, Kildemosevej 11B, 5000 Odense C. We only accept packages sent directly to the address. When you return the item, please include a detailed description of the problem.

 

Complaints Procedure

If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact our customer service at info@lextonlinks.com.

If we cannot find a solution, and if you reside in another EU country than Denmark, you can complain to the EU Commission's online complaint portal here - http://ec.europa.eu/odr

 

Privacy Policy

We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, phone number, and email address.

We record and disclose the personal information necessary to deliver the item to you. The personal information is registered with Lexton Links ApS and is kept for five years, after which the information is deleted. In addition, we cooperate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their purposes. We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection. The data controller at www.lextonlinks.dk is director Thomas Hauge.

You have the right to be informed about the information we process about you. If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have an obligation to delete your personal data if you request it. This may be if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were supposed to use it.
